HWAT TUBING

The Innovative Power Products HWAT series tubing is a heatshrinkable, adhesive coated semirigid tubing for insulating and/or  jacketing wire and cable connections up to 1 kV.  HWAT is excellent for  direct buried URD applications.  It provides insulation thickness equal to or greater than cable manufactured to NEMA or ICEA wire specifications.

vHWAT is precoated with a hot melt thermoplastic adhesive that melts and flows under the heat and pressure of the shrinking tube.  HWAT's adhesive provides an excellent moisture seal.  It adheres to most synthetic materials, including PVC, PE,  XLPE, EPR, neoprene, and most metals.

HWAT's high expansion ratio provides a wide application range, so a minimum number of tubes cover a wide range of cable and connector diameters. HWAT is very abrasion and chemical resistant and can be used to protect metal, plastic, wood or fiberglass surfaces.

HWTU TUBING

The Innovative Power Products HWTU series tubing is a heavy wall, semirigid heatshrinkable tubing for general purpose use. It can be used to insulate and jacket cables rated to 1 kV or to jacket wire bundles.  It is an excellent choice for mechanical strain relief of cable assemblies and the corrosion and abrasion protection of many metal substrates.

HWTU tubing's high expansion ratio provides a wide application range, so a minimum number of tubes cover a wide range of cables and application diameters.

MWAT tubing

The Innovative Power Products MWAT series medium wall tubing is a heatshrinkable, adhesive coated semirigid tubing for general purpose use.  MWAT can be used to splice, insulate and jacket 600 volt cables or wire bundles.  It is an excellent choice for strain relieving cable assemblies and for corrosion protection.  MWAT tubing is recommended for all 600 volt splicing except direct buried applications.

The Innovative Power Products MWTU series tubing is a medium wall, semirigid heatshrinkable tubing for general purpose use. It can be used to insulate cables rated to 600 V.  and re-jacket cables or wire bundles.  It is an excellent choice for mechanical strain relief of cable assemblies and the corrosion and abrasion protection of many metal substrates.

MWTU tubing's high expansion ratio provides a very wide application range, so a minimum number of tubes are required to cover a wide range of cables and application diameters.

MVBT 250 & 350 SERIES

The Innovative Power Products MVBT 250 & 350 series busbar tubing is heatshrinkable tubing that provides insulation and flashover protection for round and rectangular busbars rated 1-35 kV.  MVBT is a track-resistant material to insulate and protect the busbar systems  from environmental pollution and from accidental phase-to-phase or phase-to-ground contact caused by animals or other external factors.

MVBT 250 series tubings insulates and protects  busbars rated to 25 kV with normal phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground clearances.  It has a nominal recovered wall thickness from 0.08" to 0.12".  MVBT 250 provides flashover protection and meets the flame retardancy requirements of ANSI C37.20c and UL94 V-2 and UL 224 VW-1.

MVBT 350 series tubings insulates and protects  busbars rated to 35 kV with normal phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground clearances.  It has a nominal recovered wall thickness from 0.14" to 0.16" .  MVBT 350 provides flashover protection and meets the flame retardancy requirements of ANSI C37.20c and UL94 V-2 and UL 224 VW-1.

Inno-Fit FCP

The Innovative Power Product's Inno-Fit type FCP tubing is a clear lightweight, heatshrinkable tubing which meets all of the requirements of Military Specification MIL-I-23053/5 Class 2.  The operating temperature range is -55½C to +135½C, and up to 200½C for short durations.  Inno-Fit type FCP tubing is recommended where military specification conformance is required.  FCP tubing is recommended for general purpose applications such as electrical insulation, lightweight harnessing or jacketing, strain relief, or where visual inspection of the underlying components are desired.

Inno-Fit SRK

The Innovative Power Products Inno-Fit type SRK tubing is a semirigid, thin wall, highly flame-retarded, heatshrinkable Kynar™ tubing recognized by Underwriters' Laboratories (UL) Subject 224 as a VW-1 rated material.  It has excellent  cut-through and solvent resistance properties.   The shrink temperature is 175½C with  an indefinite storage life.  This tubing is ideal for strain relieving or protecting components in high temperature environments.  It is an excellent tubing where maximum abrasion or cut-through resistance or solvent resistance is desired.

Inno-Fit FP4/A

The Innovative Power Product's Inno-Fit type FP4/A tubing is a very flexible, flame-retarded, heatshrinkable adhesive lined tubing recognized by Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Subject 224 as a 105½C, 600 volt rated material (VW-1).  FP4/A is recommended for all sealing applications where 600 volt, 105½C rated material is of importance.  The low shrink temperature benefits the user in more rapid installation time, and reduced installed component cost.  The operating temperature is from -55½C to +110½C.  Standard color is black. This tubing is suitable for insulating and sealing wires or cables from moisture penetration.
